The Free English School Programme (FESP) relies greatly on the donations of private individuals and companies. We aim to provide a good future to our young people to avoid the problems of our past, and ensure a stable future.

This programme is asking for your donations; please contact us to donate (internet accounts are not available in Cambodia)

The Free English School Program (FESP) has a three-year project plan. We have been helping 112 children, in the poor community called Balang, to learn English.

We have placed them into two different groups. Group One is taking English lessons in Trach Primary School in Trach village. There are 23 students in the class, of which seven are Buddhist monks. Group Two has 89 students studying in Trapang Po Primary School. This group was further separated into two classes.

So far, we have received the donations from, the Morris Allen Study Center in Singapore; Ms. Judie Macmillan, Australia; Ms. Janice Marret, Singapore; Bill & Sue Gordon, USA; teachers and students in Wallington Primary School in Australia; and Andrew Blyth, Japan, who provides space for this website.

The funds are used for:

::  Administration (Teachers’ salaries, class materials, official work),

::  Communication (Email, phone, and postage), and

::  Transportation costs

Expenses budget for this project will be updated in April 2006.

Besides receiving support from our overseas friends, we are also able to source some funds from tourists who come to our region through our non-profit tour operation business in Angkor Wat (for information about this service, please see Angkor Tours page). The profits from this are limited, and so we still need additional support.

Your donations are greatly appreciated; please contact us to donate (internet accounts are not available in Cambodia)
