1. Photography: All photographs and images are owned and legally protected by copyright. Royalty Free sales are available. However, the purchaser remains bound by the purchase terms of agreement from the stock agency of which the photograph or image was bought. Winjeel.Com nor ABlyth are not liable for any damages of an image once purchased. All images are strictly not to be used illegally. Nor can they be resold without further compensation and agreement.

2. Winjeel.Com will not be responsible for events that are out of its control that result in the disruption, delay, cancellation or other circumstance of Winjeel.Com website services. This may include accidental mishap or acts of God. Winjeel.Com is also bound to the services of Aplus (Winjeel.Com's Internet Service Provider) and are subject to the limitations of services that Aplus provides Winjeel.Com.

3. Members maybe supplied a username and password. Members will not share this username and password and that only they will use this service. Any indication of another person impersonating a member may result in the instant expulsion of the impersonated member from Winjeel.Com without refund of membership or other fees. If it is discovered that a member is hacking into or doing other illegal or malicious activity to Winjeel.Com instant expulsion. Any abusive, sexist, racist, ageist or other derogatory language will not be tolerated and may result in the suspension or expulsion of the member.

4. Winjeel.Com will not take any responsibility for damages or loss that are material, financial or psychological as a result of a member or non-member using Winjeel.Com on-line applications (including the forums, foto forums and others). It is assumed that the member and non-member who is using these on-line applications understands and agrees to these programs terms and conditions, disclaimer and End User Licence Agreement (EULA). The member and non-member are reminded that they are bound to these at all times.

5. Winjeel.Com will not take any responsibility for damages or loss of material, financial or psychological as a result of any transmission of a virus as it is a generally risk when using the internet. Winjeel.Com expects that all files sent to Winjeel.Com do not contain viruses. Winjeel.Com asks all of it’s members and non-members to use an anti-virus program on the their computer. Winjeel.Com will accept the responsibility for any of it’s own computers being damaged as a result of a virus unless the virus was transmitted to a Winjeel.Com computer with malicious intent from a member or non-member. In that case damages maybe sought after through legal action.

6. Winjeel.Com prepares materials and content for its member’s interest. These materials are subject to copyright. A breach of this is a breach of intellectual property ownership and will be dealt with accordingly. This may include legal action. A breach of intellectual property ownership may result in the expulsion of the member without refund of membership or other fees and may result in legal action.

7. Materials and content made by Winjeel.Com may contain only names of fictitious people, organisations and entities. It is not the intent of Winjeel.Com to discredit the reputation of an individual, organisation or entity. Any similarities between the content of Winjeel.Com material and that of actual individuals, organisations or entities are purely co-incidental. Winjeel.Com does not take any responsibility for this. However, if an individual, organisation or entity knows of a likeness or similarity to an actual individual, organisation or entity then it is their responsibility to inform Winjeel.Com. Winjeel.Com will take all reasonable or necessary steps to remove the likeness or similarity. Otherwise Winjeel.Com materials will cite the original author(s) and references. Winjeel.Com is committed to upholding intellectual property values and privacy of individuals. Members must not plagiarise material, nor discredit an individual, organisation or entity as any of these actions may result in suspension or expulsion of membership with refund of membership or other fees.

8. Winjeel.Com reserves the right to change the terms of this disclaimer / terms and conditions at any time. Winjeel.Com has the right to change or withdraw any of its services without prior notification.

9. Members and non-members must be aware that whilst using the Internet and Winjeel.Com’ services that they are always bound by the laws of the country that they are using the service from, as well as those of the country of their citizenship. Members and non-members maybe also subject to the laws of a second or third country whilst using the Internet.

10. Where Winjeel.Com has recieved payment for any services: It is the intent of Winjeel.Com to establish and maintain good will between it and it’s members and non-members. Any actions or decisions of Winjeel.Com are deemed reasonable for the circumstance. Winjeel.Com does intend to improve its services for it’s members (and perhaps non-members) and so the fee structures and membership plans may change without notice to meet this goal. Members (and non-members) are warned that membership fees may vary (up and down) according to these goals financial requirements. Members are asked to request specific services for their own study needs so long as these are reasonable, and for these prices may vary accordingly.

11. For free advice given, on any part of this website, Winjeel.Com, and it's contributors are not responsible for any loss or damage, whether it be physical, psychological, or financial. It is the responsibility of the reader to discern the quality and relevance of the advice given, discretion is advised.

Forum & Foto Forum:

1. Accessing and using the forum and foto forum in anyway is taken as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Registered users continued registration is on the basis of satisfactory conduct. That is, registered users cannot cause damage to others either psychologically, emotionally, or materially (including financially). Failure to follow these may result in the registered user, at the discretion of the forum administration, have their registration and accounts removed and deleted without any notice nor consent

3. All contributions to the forum are not the intellectual property of Winjeel.Com, or of the original author, unless otherwise stated. Any offensive, illegal, pirated, or otherwise inappropriate material will be deleted from the forum at the discretion of the forum administration, and refer to point 2 above. It is expected that any individual contributions made by members, of which are not of their original creation, have the name of the original author's or creator's name included.

4. Winjeel.Com does not accept any responsibility of any loss including psychological, emotional, material (including financial) as a result of others using the forum or foto forum. It is advised that the user uses their own discretion in all cases. Any complaints of member's use of the forum and foto forum must be directed to that particular member directly. Winjeel.Com will not mediate.

5. Periodically topics, and threads are 'pruned' (deleted) in order to save server space and for other maintenance requirements. Winjeel.Com does not accept any claims of loss in this matter. Pruning is considered essential in its' on going service

6. Abuse of forums may lead to members accounts being suspended, banned, or deleted. Unauthorised advertising (including spam) will be deleted and member's account deleted
